- Astro Pacific does not guarantee that the e-system or related networks will be capable of remaining on-line at any time and at all times. In no event shall Astro Pacific be held liable to Shipper for any damages and/or loss suffered in consequence of Shipper being unable to access the System at any time due to failure of the System.
